Certainly this advertisement will pick the Indian audience and there are two reason behind this. One is Sutra, (I know guys you have added first word yourself ;)) and second one is hot and beautiful Katrina Kaif.
Well director have made all efforts to make this ad more sensual and attractive, like -

# Drop of cold drink on Katrina's lips ... oh boy ...
and finally most sensual style -
# Style of gripping mango (wow simply superb)
